Remaining Payment : The remaining amount is divided into installments:
1% payment plan for 32 months.
6% due on the 12th month.
6% due on the 24th month.
30 months post-handover.
So, essentially, after the initial 20% payment (booking + within 60 days), the remaining 80% of the property price is divided into several installments as mentioned above, with a portion due before and after the handover of the units.

The handover of the units is scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.
When is agent commission released? Once we received 20% and SPA signed by the client then we
released the full amount to the agent.
