I am selling a campsite with all the necessary permits (business license and tourism permit), water, electricity, drainage and fencing.

The campsite was opened in 2008 and was in operation until December 2014. The property is in Venta del Moro,between Valencia and Madrid, 100 km from Valencia (only 45 min from the airport) and 2h30min from Madrid. The town is in a outdoor tourisim area, the `Hoces del Cabriel` natural park, an active tourisim area for hiking, rafting, canyoning, kayaking and more. The complex has four business lines: restaurant- brasserie, , parcels for campers and cabins for famílies and youth accommodation for multisport get-away packages. During operation the complex was fully booked with week-long school camps and weekends mutli-day group reservations.

This is a set of two plots, one of 15,000 m2 and the other of about 3000m2. In the first one you will find all the camping facilities with fencing all around its perimeter. The second plot, outside of the fence, is a visitor car park placed at the entrance of the property. The cars can also drive through another big entrance into the fenced area.

The campsite has a service area with diffenrent spaces that you will find in this order as you enter the complex:
-terrace with two diferent spaces separated by a stone path
-restaurant with 100m2, on your right you find the reception and the bar, and the acces to the:
-kitchen with 35m2, and an addition a storage room.
- A natural sight line through the front door takes you to the panoramic inner courtyard (225m2) with views of the town and the surounding mountains. This courtyard features 3 spaces in one, barbacue, multifunctional room and stack services (toilets, showers, laundry, first aid room and hot wŕter tanks).

Next we find the accomodation area, with two wooden buildings, each one with 4 room of bunk beds, toilets, shower and heating. There are 44 beds in total. There is room and approval for further cabin development, with the permits ready and waiting.

Finally we have the camping area with 14 large plots of 30 m2 each, surounded by a mountain slope and some fruit trees.

It is also available for rent at 2500 €/month. Currently accepting offers, price and rates are negotiable.
