I own a good-sized house in a good location in San Juan Cosalá. In the village, not in a
fracciomiento, close to the lake and the malecón. I own the house outright and I’m looking for a
compatible someone with some cash and imagination with whom to partner. Let’s create a
wonderful home for us both, this place has lots of potential. I’m good at compromising; at finding
solutions that work for both of us when things seem to be at odds. Of course we would work out
ownership percentages based on what we bring. I’m 75 years old, so the partnership has a “best
by” date.
