Hungarian homestead for sale in a lovely, cozy environment
The homestead is surrounded by a forest of planted black pine trees, with multiple buildings on site: a big
house (8*28 meters), a smaller one (cca 10*10 meters), a tool shed (cca 3*8 meters), a fodder storage, a
little barn, a gazebo (well actually two, but we call one a „ruin-bar”) and a tall long building (cca 4* 20
meters) which is actually a roof sitting on 12 brick columns.
The bigger house is built partly from adobe, partly bricks. The roof was completely redone/changed in
2021. The attic has an inner height of cca 220 cm, thus it can be used not only as storage but can also be
converted into rooms if needed. This house can accommodate around 9 rooms plus a living room, kitchen
and water closets, baths, etc. All the windows changed on the house, the water and sewage were also
redone in 2023. A new septic tank (with a 12 meters long sicker tunnel/soak away drainage field) was built
into the ground, which serves 10 people daily, but can accommodate much more than this occasionally.
Only the sewage of the bigger house is connected to this tank. On the roof of this building there are solar
panels which cater for about 70 % of the present electricity consumption of the farm. The house is
unfinished, due to financial reasons.
The smaller house, accommodating the present owners, has 3 bedrooms, a big living room, kitchen space
and bathroom/toilet. This house has been rebuilt from the ground in 2018. It is built from lightweight
structure.
A 21 meter high pole was installed on the farm for internet, this provides sufficient coverage with direct
AM Micro connection to the service provider.
Due to its location and radiant ambience, this homestead is ideal for birthday parties, weddings, would be
a good venue also for team buildings. As there is plenty of space, animals could also be held here.
Electric current available: 3*25 Amps.
Both tap water and a well are available on the farm.
The total land is 22 thousand square meters on two separate typographical numbers. One part is around 3
thousand m2, while the forest is around 17 thousand m2.
