Andros is a miniature of Greece.

It has high mountains, many ravines, small rivers, valleys planted with vines, running water,
cypress, oak trees, fruit-bearing trees, olives, and hot springs.

The island has rich geographical contrasts`a combination of dry Cycladic landscapes with
rich vegetation and abundant water.

On the privately owned hill with a total area of 472,000 sqm located between the beaches of
ROZOU and PLATANISTOS Bay and overlooking VITALIOS Bay at a distance of a few
meters from the sea.

Its surface extends to different levels on which buildings can be placed and is suitable for
both private residence and construction of any kind of tourist facility (rooms to let, hotel
unit, etc.).

The different levels also make it ideal for the construction of cave houses.

It offers panoramic, unobstructed and fantastic views of the sea, the surrounding hills,
much of North Andros and the sunset during the winter months.

Suitable for:
For residential and / or rented housing
For cave dwellings
For complex hotel accommodation,

- The stately Andros, with an interesting history and a discreet relationship with art over
time, is a sophisticated paradise that offers great emotions. In Batsi and Korthi, in the many
villages in the mountainous territory, the pleasures that await the Traveler are many.

Andros is considered to be the territory of Dionysus, since Andreu was the grandson of the
Great God, a myth that explains the spread of his worship on the island.

Four mountain ranges parallel to each other, like waves from Earth, divide Andros into five
separate territories.
The Holy Saranda (715 m.), the Horseshoe (994 m.), the Cubaro or Cubara (975 m.), the
Falcon or Buzzards (760 m.) and to the South The Ridge topped by Prophet Elias (750 m.)
are the most important peaks.

In this charming mountain complex, the famous thermal waters of Andros flow in fairy-tale
gullies, while the well-known source of Sariza water in Apoikia is a liquid treasure.

Rivers create stunning landscapes, while watering the small, hidden valleys with citrus
trees nestling between the mountains.
