Finca Isla Rainforest Retreat is for sale because I am getting older (84). The Farm is situated between 2 rivers, (natural
borders) 82 ha. The business rents out appartments (check out my FINCA ISLA RAINFOREST
with pictures and location). There are several buildings (wood working shop, chicken stalls, goats stalls, shipping
containers etc). Also 2 rental houses. The farm is reforested with only native species of endangered trees
since 2002. Now its habitat for a number of native animals, like 2 types of monkeys, Ant eaters, Sloths, frogs,
lots of different birds.
I have a concesssion for developing a 200kw hydroelectric power plant.
My ideal would be to stay on this farm as care
takers til I die. This is one of a kind special beautiful place with a fantastic climate (70-83 Fahrenheit) and elevation 450-500m (no bugs and moscitos)
