We are selling a commercial premises of 399 sq.m, located in the city of Stara Zagora,

The location is very good - walking distance to the center, very easy to find with navigation
- at the back of a hotel, parking spaces in the yard. The neighborhood has also been
developing quite intensively lately.
We believe that a price of 500 euros per square meter is realistic considering the location
and the future potential of the investment.
In conclusion, I will mention that with a good knowledge of the municipal regulations and
financial security, the plot, which is 1000 sq.m and is on corner, could be bought and a
