sq. m. with 4 one-family houses on it. The extended built-up area of a house is 280 sq. m. The built-up area of a house is

173 sq. m. On the first storey - a sitting-room, a kitchen and a dining-room with a toilet, entrance and garages are

situated. On the second storey there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Infrastructure - a yard, an open-air swimming pool

and buildings. 1. Alleys with strengthened bottoming are formed to allow cars to reach the houses and the garages. The area

houses. ARCHITECTURAL IMAGE The houses will be made of natural materials - ceramic bricks, stone, plaster, wood and tiles.

The tinsmith s work will be made of copper tin. The windows will be made of profiles with interrupted thermostat of the glass

packet. The interior doors will be made of thick MDF with natural oak veneer and facing (Germany or Italy). The structural

system of the facades (including the thermal insulation and plaster in colour) will be made of products of Kaparol - Germany.

All the interior wall and ceiling colouring will be done with products of Kaparol in a colour chosen by the client. All the

flooring and wall cladding (ceramic, granite and faience tiles, as well as sanitary and accessories) will be delivered and

installed at seller s expense in accordance with the client s choice. The stationary furnishing will be made of natural

materials. In the bedrooms the flooring will be of natural oak parquet - 18 mm. In the sitting-room there will be a water

mantle-piece (imported) connected with the heating installation of the building, local for each of the houses. Solar panels -

hot water collectors will be installed. In the sitting-room and the three bedrooms there will be an inverter air-conditioning

system for heating and cooling. In usage- may 2008.
